Kingfisher pendant

Made especially for a customer who was photographing a kingfisher on Winnall Moors in Winchester. Unfortunately the kingfisher died, so Julia asked me to create a tribute to him. From photographs of the kingfisher. Fine silver and enamel.

Julia was very pleased: “I am thrilled with the kingfisher, he is special in every way and I love him. Thank you so much for going to all the trouble to make him and for having the creative skill to make him so beautiful.”

Gold Ankh ring

The customer requested an ankh ring, similar to a silver one purchased in Egypt. Lydia provided a rose gold wedding band for repurposing. I cut out the ankh in yellow gold, but didn’t just want to solder it on and leave it as that. So I used some of the rose gold cut from the band to embellish the ankh and to tie it all in. Lydia - “I absolutely love it, thank you so much.”
